We coat all of our interior furniture with a low VOC proprietary three coat, lacquer process. The first layer is a sealer that constricts the wood fibers, allowing the lacquer to build on the wood surface for maximum water protection. Two coats of matte lacquer are applied to this base to take the focus off the reflections, and keep it where it belongs, on your furniture.
Outdoor products are treated with Australian Timber Oil. This is a user-friendly application that requires minimal upkeep; only one coat annually will keep your wood protected and preserve the same original rich tone. The Timber Oil goes on nearly undetectable, streak free, and is a great clear penetrating stain for exotic woods that even the most inexperienced wood lover can apply with confidence.
