We warranty all of our furniture for Four years with the exception of chairs and upholstered pieces which carry a One year warranty This warranty is limited to defects in material and workmanship. Should there be a problem with any of our furniture in either of these two categories in the period listed, Semigood will replace or repair the affected part or parts at our discretion as well as handle all shipping costs.
We also have a limited lifetime warranty on all of our wooden furniture. If over the years any damage occurs to any of your furniture purchases, we will fix them free of charge minus shipping and handling. We will also arrange refinishing if needed for a small fee, so you can make any of your semigood purchases look as good as new, no matter how long they have been around.
Natural figure and tone variations found in all of our wooden products will not be considered a defect and Semigood does not guarantee color or grain consistencies in any product.
This Guarantee does not cover: - Damage caused by or during shipping. - Any damage due to a disregard of care instructions supplied by Semigood (ie: finish maintenance, regular cleaning and temperature and humidity regulation) - General wear and tear. - Upholstery on any piece beyond manufacturing defects. - Failure to follow assembly instructions or damage caused while unpacking.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEMIGOOD DESIGN, LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS.
